Originally when looking into removal companies I was unsure about using a company who would “move us” over the course of three days but this was the best decision. From the moment I booked the company through Alan, who was very friendly from the start and super reassuring in answering all my questions, I was told Grant would be managing the actual move and overseeing each of the three days. He and his team were extremely professional, friendly, helpful and calming in what is a stressful time. He and his team, and I have to give a shout out to Josh who was also with us for the three days as he was brilliant, packed us up over the course of two days with speed and care. On moving day they were efficient, quick and attentive and constantly professional. On the final day, they were quick and attentive by checking where things should go, even moving items into the loft when I originally said not to and then changed my mind with no quibbles. They honestly made us feel completely stress free, which is huge as it’s one of the most stressful times of your life, and they went above and beyond with their services, always checking to see if we were happy. Including, even after the move, a couple of phone calls to see how we were doing, to ask how we found the move and if we were satisfied with the service we received. They’ve been back to collect boxes and check in a week later as well. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!

From the booking process, Alan was very helpful and accommodating with organising everything for our move at short notice. Every time I called the office with a question, I got a friendly member of staff on the other end of the phone who was able to help me.
On the moving day, Grant and his team were incredible! They were on time and made sure the house was fully packed by the end of the day. They went the extra mile when it came to moving into the new house – we could not have done it without them! I can’t speak highly enough of the team, they made moving house as stress-free as possible. 5 star service, wouldn’t hesitate to book them again or recommend to a friend. Thank you so much!

A great team at Surrey Hills Removals. They did a proper audit of what needed to be moved on a visit to my flat, packed up most things and disassembled large items two days before the move, swept in to do the rest on completion day, waited patiently for hours until I could pick up keys, and finally offloaded boxes and reassembled large items in my new home. Grant, Matt and the rest of the team were efficient, totally reliable and good humoured throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Really thoughtful, understanding and kind people

I have used this team a few times now and they have excelled themselves. They are a very friendly, efficient and quick team, who take great care of your possessions, who dismantle and assemble your furniture well and go above and beyond for you. Five stars!
